Blowing bubbles, how many hours can they spend making bubbles out of their milk glass?

By now Olivia knows the kitchen is well stocked on all sorts of treats… these girls are quite a team!

Of course, hide and seek is the best game of all times, isn’t it?

They barely fit in the bath tub together, and sometimes they don’t quite agree on the same game…

Painting is another fun activity for them. Well, not just for them.

One of the things Olivia and Tess love to do is dance and make “music”. One recent morning as I was lying on their rug, they took the opportunity of having an audience and in a few minutes they choreographed and orchestrated a performance for me. I couldn’t resist to draw it.

This is the first image of this graphic journey for which they are my muses. There is six years between them but they still believe in the world of fantasy. Fantasy for them is a world of magic, but it can also be the world of ghosts and fear of the dark.

This year I wanted to make a different Advent Calendar for my kids, one that would speak to them and of their relationship, and what it is like being a child. So every morning since the 1st of December the day greets them with a drawing and a treat… ::: Este año he querido hacer un Calendario de Adviento diferente para mis hijas.
